FRB Documents Clearing Services is a private service centre. We provide assistance and guidance for government transactions. We are not a government authority and do not guarantee the outcome of any application. All final decisions rest with the relevant government authorities.
2. No government endorsement
FRB Documents Clearing Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any UAE government authority. Our services are private assistance services only.
3. Fees and payments
Our service fees are separate from government fees. Government fees are paid directly to the relevant authorities and are subject to change at any time.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. FRB Documents Clearing Services is not liable for delays or rejections resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
